'TENDE KASHA has the knack for finessing a sing-song vocal elucution into hardened lyrical output - the essence of great reggae - and 'Poetic Justice' memorializes that talent forever.'”

Great vibes on this reggae track with a very timely message. "Without peace and love, this world will cease". Such true words. The well-arranged track has a slightly lengthy running time for radio, though it's message and sound is on point for both mainstream daytime & late night niche/specialist shows. Its well written with clear vocals. Quality stuff from the UK. I'm looking forward to hearing more. ”

Born in Luanda, Angola, Tende Kasha's early years were marked by the harsh realities of war in the working-class neighborhood of Bairro Popular. At the tender age of 10, he was sent to Portugal by his parents to escape the turmoil and uncertainty of his homeland. Despite his challenges, Tende Kasha found solace and passion in music from a young age. With a natural inclination towards singing, he sought refuge in the melodies that filled the airwaves, igniting a lifelong love affair with music. Upon relocating to London in 1989, Tende Kasha immersed himself in the vibrant music scene despite battling vocal cord spasms that threatened to silence his voice. Undeterred, he pursued his passion for percussion and music, finding kindred spirits with whom to collaborate. Parallel to his musical pursuits, Tende Kasha's thirst for knowledge led him to the Department of Anthropology at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). In 2000, he graduated with honors in Development studies and Geography from the same institution, showcasing his multifaceted talents and interests. In 2000, Tende Kasha made yet another significant move to Australia, where he established his own entertainment business, Vital Pulse. Despite facing financial setbacks and health challenges, including vocal spasms and the closure of a business venture, Tende Kasha remained undeterred in his pursuit of musical excellence. Fluent in English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish, his diverse linguistic skills opened doors to new opportunities and connections in his artistic endeavors. Determined to overcome his health struggles and reaffirm his commitment to music, Tende Kasha adopted the name "TendeKasha De Feat" alongside his original artistic name. His debut album, "INNER TUNE," recorded in Melbourne, Australia, was a testament to his resilience and determination to find his inner rhythm amidst adversity. Drawing inspiration from his experiences as a former Youth Development Specialist, Tende Kasha's music resonates with authenticity and depth. It offers a voice to the voiceless and sheds light on the struggles and triumphs of disadvantaged youth. In recognition of his talent and dedication, Tende Kasha's single ‘Shinning Star’ earned him the prestigious 2021 AKADEMIA Rising Star Award. This accolade, along with being named Best Reggae Song for March 2022 by The AKADEMIA MUSIC AWARDS and receiving an Honorable Mention by the W.A.M Awards 2021, serves as milestones in Tende Kasha’s artistic journey, marking his path with the recognition he rightly deserves. Today, Tende Kasha continues to captivate audiences with his soulful melodies and poignant storytelling. His music serves as a beacon of hope and inspiration, transcending borders and connecting hearts around the world. Contact email -” - Ms Sohpie
